A317 on the green open space, lots of parking.
Group training, all different fitness levels. Male and female encouraged.
The latest fun workout equipment from Battle Ropes, Vipr, Kettlebells.
I also cover interval training, Running hill work and Sprinting.
You can make the workout as tough as
you want to make it.
We meet up a run a 1.8/2 mile route with fun exercises on the way round
You need to book each class
You need to give at least an hours notice when cancelling otherwise you will be charged.
I ask everybody to contact me to let me know they would like to come for safety reasons and so i can plan the session.
