I have been a keen runner for nearly 30 years, loving what the exercise did for both my body and mind. 9 years ago I came to a crossroads in my life after having my two daughters who are now 9 and 10 and having to leave my sales corporate role I decide to turn my passion into my


I have taken part in the London Marathon 11 times, run many other half marathons and 10k's. Though much of my time is taken up taking care of my girls i still have time for many other things.

I Manage and coach an u10s girls football team for The Walton casuals and have gained my Level 1 football coaching with the FA.

I recently qualified as an England Athletics coach and coaching in run fitness to which has always been a big passion of mine.

I represented Sweaty Betty for 3 years as a brand Ambassador

I trained with Premier Training International as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Adviser. I believe everybody has the ability to enjoy exercise. It is the key to our mental as well as our physical health, helping us deal with modern day stresses and changes in our circumstances.

I am Also Quailified to teach Fitness Yoga and Yin Yoga which i trained through the Fitness Industry Education.

I love the way yoga has changed my body shape and how injury free practising keeps me.

The amazing effects on your mindfulness too makes it something everybody should have in their lifes.
